Is losing your license all that happens to you in Korea when you attempt to rape somebody(Chosun Article)? Apparently so because that is all that happened to this guy besides losing his job. What a joke. How does this deter people from committing sexual assault here in Korea? This is as much as a deterent as the current Korean policy to prevent terrorism against their people.
