		<description>I was there in March. The pictures I took were of the stone carving of a quote by former d&#039;tator Chun Doo Whan, who apparently was there for the festivities when it opened. 
 
I bought a little ceramic commemorative plate for a foreign veteran who cried when I gave it to her (yes her). </description>
