Seeing 400,000 women in swimsuits isn't exactly relaxing, but it might be what makes it worthwhile.
To us Americans that looks insane, but they "relax" like that on alot of the beaches in southern Europe, main difference is that on some of those beaches the women are topless.

I will never complain about the crowded Ocean City Beach in Maryland. Compared to this photo, I live in paradise in eastern USA. Thank God my family left Busan and Heundae Beach 25 years ago and moved to USA.
