    I should say no double dipping, but I’ll give it to you. :)

    Yes this is the Jeongipum Pine Tree at Songnisan Mountain one of my favorite areas in Korea. This tree is hundreds of years old and is famous in Korea as being a royal tree because King Sejo considered the tree royalty because according to legend the tree obeyed a command by King Sejo to move a limb that was blocking the road on his way to Songnisan Mountain.

    The poles you see holding the tree up is because of a massive snow storm that had damaged the tree.
