That's a ruin from the old POW camp on Geoje Island. A few years ago, a friend and I spent a summer night drinking beer there and talking about Korean history.

James you got it right. This is the ruin to the old quonset hut PX on the Geoje Island POW camp from the Korean War. The old POW camp is actually an interesting place to visit though part of it almost has a carnival atmosphere which seems strange for a location such as this.
