Wonsan DPRK. Also the location of an Nork airbase. Up yours KJI!

Good call, you are right, the city is Wonsan on the east coast of North Korea. On the peninsula you can see a DPRK Air Force base and just norht of that is one of Kim Jong-il’s vacation homes there. Additionally Wonsan is also the place that the USS Pueblo was taken after being attacked out on the Sea of Japan.
