		<description>I noted at Marmot's that anybody interested in this time period can now find a treasure trove of material at Google's Book search page.  I've downloaded perhaps a dozen books on this time period.

All the books are free and written before the 1940s.  

If you are into history and into old texts, Google has given you enough material to keep you occupied forever.</description>
