The Chosun seems to be saying the US should continue to launder the money after the first transaction. The Joongang Daily ran a similar editorial - but laying the blame for NK not doing anything it was supposed to under the new deal on Uncle Sam's doorstep and it also called for shipping the heavy fuel oil now. ---- incredible...
