The Daily North Korea did an analysis piece on the rail link and recent security talks. It said the North is using South Korea's desire for a showcase test run & dreams of "one day" being able to transport goods to Russia and China over rails in the North to push forward items it has long called for - like a redefinition of the West Sea boundary line that causes so much friction with crab and other fisheries between the two nations and things like allowing North Korean cargo ships to pass through close to Inchon.
