I wouldn’t have a problem with the report if NBC would present all the information and opposing viewpoints for viewers to see why the Army made the decision they did and leave it to viewers to determine if the Army’s decision was correct or not. The NBC Report was nothing more than sensational advocacy journalism.

I was talking to the guys at work and we were all laughing that if NBC News and the Democrats have their way we will all be walking around war zones in those suits you see the bomb disposal people wear when difusing bombs. But then someone said the bomb disposal suits don’t have armor on the hands in order to difuse bombs. Someone else said, well I’m NBC News will have a special report to get body armor on our hands as well.

NBC is spending money on this?….

Our media really sucks….

Everything is about guessing what will happen tomorrow rather than reporting the news of what happened today or yesterday. They have also cut budgets for the past 20 years so they can please the corporations that took them over and pay the salary of a Katie Couric. They don’t have people stationed out in the field much any more.

….but….they have money to spend to create a “news” story for political purposes?…
