The same people who have cars now have daycare across the street from them while people without cars living off post have to struggle each day to get their kids in for care. The only way it would make sense is if the US were looking for items to create tension between the two so it could build toward a downsizing of troops (reformation of USFK). Since that seems like a totally, totally dead horse, my money would have to go on ignorance being behind this stupid idea. It would be a great way to make NATO more irrevelant... Yup. The only way it would make sense is if the US were looking for items to create tension between the two so it could build toward a downsizing of troops (reformation of USFK).
