1st ROK 4 star, Chief of Staff, Ambassador to a bunch of places. Commanded ROK 1st Div during Korean War. All around bad ass.

Yes Mike answered correctly it is General Paik Sun Yup who started the Korean War as a division commander at 29 years old and ultimately ended up being the ROK Army representative to the armistice negotiations at Panmunjom alon with becoming the Chief of Staff of the ROK Army.
He is literally a living legend in Korea though the current Korean government has tried to label him as a Japanese collaborator.
