I expect such things after having lived in Korea but every time I see it I still can’t help but shake my head at the absurdity. Can you imagine what the reaction of Koreans would be if Japanese media did the same thing to a Taeguki?

A commenter at Japan Probe stated that the photo was sent to the Chosun from a fan club, and it was the fan club who had erased the rising sun. They have apologized.
