He went around handing out flyers and posting them up when in fact they had not lost his pants, he just refused to go pick them up. The court even determined that to be the case already, so it should be pretty open and shut to prove that this guy was committing slander. It should also be rather easy to prove their losses (they had to sell two businesses for christ's sake).. I really hope they are at least suing this guy for lawyers fees.
