		<description>This is a good sign. The korean government is admitting that this problem exists and is willing to do something. I don't know if they will succeed but it's better than just pretending that there is nothing wrong.</description>

I'm sure that the Korean governmental structure will watch all travellers going to the Philippines especially places like Angeles City.  Clark airport will have plenty of seats on their Asiana flight from Incheon for a little while.  Hehehehe</description>
