The big thing is going to be keeping the momentum going on urban renewal in Seoul. The Cheonggyecheon is a good start but there is a lot of work to be done to further the urban renewal of Seoul.

I'm really hoping that the city does turn Yongsan into a massive city park and keeps it out of the hands of the chaebol developers.

Additionally I hope more is done to create more aestetic buildings in Seoul instead of drab office and apartment buildings you see everywhere.

I am sorry that on my last visit to Seoul, the Cheonggyecheon stream project was still under construction. Just ogling the photos, I agree that the project has make Seoul's cityscape more distinctive. There's just nothing like greenspace to make a city more attractive and livable.

The Cheonggyecheon Stream!

Do I get a bonus point to identify it as being in downtown Seoul?
