Pablo Parades may not be a "phony soldier" but he is definitely a deserter and liar unworthy of anyone’s respect. This guy deserted his ship before deploying to Indonesia for the massive tsunami relief operation. Thus such qualities makes him a perfect war hero for the left.
Anyway our leftist war hero came out of hiding and made an appearance at a counter-protest against the Code Pink leftists attempts to shut down a Marine recruiting station in Berkley. I highly recommend that everyone read Neptunus Lex’s great posting on this leftist war hero.

Just once that I want to see the Left show case the real hero and real military personnel for their cause. Almost every former military personnel that they have been using as poster child are nothing but a dirt bag who I would gladly sign their flag for bar to re-enlistment.
