Recommended Reading

Thanks to Nomad I have found a blog I wasn’t aware of before called Seoul Searcher which is written by retired Korea Herald journalist Cho Se-hyon.  His postings are very well written and he takes a really honest view about things in Korea.  You can start with reading his views on how President Roh ignored the plight of South Korean hostages in North Korea during the recent Inter-Korean Summit then start checking out the rest of his articles.  It looks like I have plenty of good reading to do this week digging through his archives.  Go check it out

    If it hadn’t had been for his column in the Korea Herald back in 1996, I’d never have known the Korean woman whose honor the Korean male was protecting from the bastard GI on the subway in Seoul was actually the GI’s wife….
