Any crimes committed upon foreigners are the foreigners fault for being so stupid. Foreigners are stupid to begin with, and deservered what they got. Its the psychology of Korea. Now you may disagree, and say koreans are above that, (and I'm sure many are), but on the street its common knowledge.
