I have no problem with someone abusing drugs being removed from the military like in this case:
An Army specialist was convicted Monday of wrongful possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge during a special court-martial at Camp Casey, according to an Army spokeswoman. [Stars & Stripes]
However, I do have to wonder about the wisdom of removing the drug abuser from the military and allowing a rapist to stay?

Well, drug offenses are usually fairly cut & dry, whereas a lot of rape cases only become rape if the guy doesn’t pay enough cash or doesn’t want to go steady with the girl after the act.
