The S Korean election is probably over by now, but I haven't seen the results, but I am guessing the conservatives got it.

France elected a pro-US leader recently.

Will those two put their resources where they say their hearts are at?

They could try to prove they are strong leaders + willing to chart new paths by sending significant numbers of troops to Afghanistan and/or Iraq...</description>
