    So let me get this right… if you have a criminal record you cannot teach english as a foreigner in South Korea…

    Yet a Korean Ex-Con can become president!!! Jimmy Swaggart would be offended by the level of hypocracy the Koreans can reach.

    Some president’s of Korea are Ex-Cons before they become president - some become Cons after their presidency. Actually, political prisoner and con may be getting mixed up here.
