Honore had a tough guy persona, but among the JAG's, he had a compassionate reputation. If there were extenuating circumstances to explain why the soldier f**ked up, Honore would more like than not give the soldier a Chapter 10 or even drop the charges.

The Ragin Cajun seemed to be out of his element in 2ID, and he definitely could not cope with USFK and CFC bureaucracy. Rather, he seemed to want 2ID to become Ft. Hood – East.

Oh well, time to enjoy retirement …
