		<description>Yes Mark is correct.  It is the Yongsan Red Light district across from Yongsan Station that isn't supposed to exist.  I had thought of it before but yes the Korea First Bank is definitely conveniently located.</description>

Rokdrop readers certainly couldn't be expected to know where a non-existant redlight district is, as Korea has totally eliminated prostitution of every stripe (and that never existed here until waegookin introduced it).</description>
