Here is an interesting idea that maybe some of you teachers out there reading this could comment on:

More than 8,000 high school teachers took part in an end-of-term exam in Shenyang, China… not as supervisors, but as examinees.  The teachers are required to take the exams to test their professional knowledge on the courses they taught.
