Interesting Chinese Teaching Idea

» by GI Korea in: China

Here is an interesting idea that maybe some of you teachers out there reading this could comment on:

More than 8,000 high school teachers took part in an end-of-term exam in Shenyang, China… not as supervisors, but as examinees.  The teachers are required to take the exams to test their professional knowledge on the courses they taught. If they score less than 80/100 points, they will be disqualified from receiving rewards and bonuses in future.  [Yeinjee]
