Could we also have chinese food that hasn’t been koreanized ???

In China, there are Chunghwa Yori places where you can get a bowl of liquid tar over noodles for three times what you'd pay for a delicious! authentic bowl of black bean noodles (you can actually see the beans) at a local restaurant. These aren't for tourists, either; nearly all of their customers are South Korean residents of China.

Yeah, it is supposed to be Goyang. In Incheon's Chinatown there are a few establishments that do have Chinese cooks.
