On topic though, north Korea has been diverting food aid to its military for a LONG LONG time. When the nK submarine ran aground off the East coast of South Korea about 10 years ago, they found food, still in their original containers and marked as relief aid onboard. Kim Jong-Il takes care of his military because he knows without them he's just a limp-dictator. It seems that “oil” and “Iraq” work their way into any conversation these days no matter what the subject.
