		<description>Chopsticks, that is probably what happened that these two were wandering around an area they shouldn't have been and were arrested and cuffed.  However, as we have seen with the 2000 Water Dumping Scandal if a Korean employee has an axe to grind they turn to the Korean internet sites to manufacture a narrative of big, bad USFK in order to get back at someone.</description>

		<description>FYI, the Black Cat squadron is the nick name of the 5th Recon Squadron at Osan Air Base. The squadron flies the U2 spy plane. Anything that involves the U2 means top secret missions and high security. It doesn't matter who you are, if you're walking near the aircraft without proper authorization, prepare to be cuffed and interrogated.</description>
