I'm just assuming he was feeding his "habit" on post. I dont recall seeing casinos at the numerous CONUS bases I once served at. If we don't have the stuff in the U-S-and-A, then why in Korea? I wonder if/when we will see a follow-up aricle on USFK's policy of checking IDs at the slot rooms on base. I'm sure MWR accounting can determine month by month profits.
