USFK Court-Martial Results for April 2008
At a special court-martial on 10 April 2008, Private (E-2) Sean R. Houston, 302nd
Brigade Support Battalion, was convicted of being absent without leave and larceny.
His adjudged sentence was reduction to Private (E-1), five months confinement, and a
bad-conduct discharge.

At a general court-martial on 11 April 2008, Private First Class Joshua W. Richmond,
302nd Brigade Support Battalion, was convicted of aggravated assault. His adjudged
sentence was reduction to Private (E-1) and 90 days confinement.

At a general court-martial on 11 April 2008, Senior Airman Joshua L. Amundson, 51st
Munitions Squadron, was convicted of conspiracy to commit an indecent act,
commission of an indecent act, and adultery. His adjudged sentence was reduction to

At a general court-martial on 14 April 2008, Private Rolando A. Maitland, 194th Combat

sentence was reduction to Private (E-1), 15 months confinement, and a bad-conduct
discharge.

At a general court-martial on 18 April 2008, Specialist Jason R. Kelling, 3rd Military
Intelligence Battalion, was acquitted of aggravated sexual assault.

In Daegu District Court on 4 April 2008, Sergeant Curtis L. Minnis, US Marine Corps
Forces Korea, Camp Mujuk, was convicted of aggravated assault. His adjudged
