Some of the commenters at YouTube think the video is a fake but it looks pretty real to me and quite an elaborate fake if so.
It is the sad reality. No mistake...

The only remarkable thing about this (if real) would be the presence of a Mini in Pyongyang.

That is what is so strange about the video the fact that someone in North Korea is driving around in a Cooper Mini videotaping some female traffic cops.
