By The North Koreans (remember those guys?) are now demanding money for their planned demolition of a cooling tower at their Yongbyon nuclear facility that is so decrepit it doesn’t even work anymore:
North Korea is asking for cash in return for its planned demolition of a cooling tower at its main nuclear complex north of Pyongyang, government officials here said Friday.
North Korea is reportedly planning to blow up the outdated Yongbyon cooling tower as soon as the U.S. moves to remove it from the list of terrorism-sponsoring nations. [Yonhap]
Of course none of this is in the signed Agreed Framework 2.0 nuclear agreement they signed but when the US government has agreed to launder counterfeit money for them that wasn’t in the Agreed Framework either who can blame them for trying?

I call it extorsion especially since they want a cash payment instead of something that can be called aid in return such as fertilizer or rice.

I think they should send in the Myth Busters and test the Myth the North Koreans are actually dismantling its program by blowing up the cooling tower
