Only the AP will never send back the pulitzer it won because of the reporting with witnesses "at the scene". I think they even knew it would be eventually discredited, as several relevent facts came to light about the credibility of the "witnesses" just prior to the awarding of the Pulitzer. It should be a required study of dishonest reporting to all journalists and the quest to gain a prize while sacraficing all truth of the matter, but I doubt that will ever happen as well.
