		<description>Not quite.  Some are progressing as planned, some are axed. Some KEPCO subsidiaries (power generation) were axed, but other KEPCO units are still on for privatization. But the point is that the GNP has said that &quot;privatization is not a priority.&quot; There is not going to be a big push.  Hell, they&#039;ve been promising to do this since the IMF years of 1997-1998 and Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun slow-leaked this.  So why rush now?
