Some of you in the military that are responsible for typing up evaluation reports can probably appreciate the simplistic beauty of General Omar Bradley’s officer evaluation report written by General George S. Patton and signed off on by General Dwight D. Eisenhower during World War II.

    Evidently the WWII US Army HAD no values. Since we must now write them down, that MUST be true!
