There were buildings in Hong Kong that were so decrepit that they were worse then any decrepit building I have seen in Seoul.

Thanks for the recommendation but unfortunately I am already back from Hong Kong. My wife and I had a great time there and will definitely go back sometime to see more of this great city.

Make sure you visit Maxi Restaurant in the City Hall. I believe it was on the 3rd Floor. Really good dimsum with an awesome view. Try to get there before the lunchtime rush and you will not be disappointed.
