By Some Korean researchers were able to capture on film recently some dolphins trying to aid a sick or injured dolphin to shallow waters along the Korean coast:
In all the time I have spent in Korea which has included plenty of time near the ocean and traveling on boats, I have never seen a dolphin. Has anyone else seen dolphins along the Korean coast?

I see them now and then on the Jinhae-Geoje Island ferry. Not common but if you pay attention you'll sometimes spot some.

C7, I could be mistaken but I beleive that killing dolphins for food is more of a Japanese thing, not Korean.
