Just another example of USFK servicemembers doing the right in Korea:

Sgt. Laquania Henderson, Spc. Brendon McGee, and his wife, Spc. Jevisha McGee, all with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade, were returning to Humphreys in the cab Sept. 13 after a day of shopping and errands at Osan Air Base.

At about 10:30 p.m., Henderson saw the injured man lying with his head partly in the street and the scooter across his legs.

“?‘Watch out! We’re gonna run over this guy. We need to stop,’?” Henderson said she told the driver.

But the driver, said Henderson, ignored her and continued to drive even as she reached toward the steering wheel and Brendon McGee got “really loud” and told the driver to “stop this cab right now!”

The driver finally stopped several hundred yards from where the man lay and the three soldiers bolted the cab.

Brendon McGee, an Iraq war veteran, lifted the scooter and began first aid on the man, who he said was breathing but unconscious.

Henderson gave the driver her cellphone to call 119, the South Korean emergency number.

While McGee and his wife stayed with the man, Henderson worked the busy traffic.

“We just stopped all the traffic and everyone was getting out to try to help us,” she said.”

An ambulance took the man to a local hospital, where he was treated, then released the next day, officials at Osan Air Base said Tuesday.

Henderson said she’s been pained by thoughts of what might have become of the man had the driver not stopped.

“We’re taught to take care of people, whether it’s a Korean or whatever,”" Henderson said.

Great actions by these soldiers, but I hope they aren’t to mad at the cab driver because he was just doing what basically 90% of other Koreans would do in such a situation which is stay out of it.  The main reason this is so is because Korea does not have the good samaritan laws that the US has which has helped create a culture where when accidents happen Koreans look at as a matter for the proper authorities to handle and not them.  AAFES says they will look into the actions of the cab driver but I don’t think he should get in trouble over what happened.
