It looks like the North Korean defectors are getting in on sending propaganda leaflets into North Korea as well:
North Korean defector and abductee groups plan to jointly send leaflets into the North despite facing strong protests from Pyongyang.
President Park Sang-hak of the non-governmental Fighters for Free North Korea (FFNK), said the group will drop some 300-thousand leaflets bearing information on South Korean citizens and prisoners of war held in the North.
The leaflets will be sent on three separate occasions within October from the eastern waters of Geojin, Goseong. [KBS Global]
Like I said before, the way the North Koreans have been complaining about these leaflets drops, it must be a sign they are having an effect.

Not saying to mark my words, but I firmly believe the north will use this as the final trigger to cut off all ties with the south when it occurs. They will issue some sort of statement saying that all ties will be cut off do to the puppet regime in the south’s refusal to stop sending leaflets or something bizzare like that.

Cut off all ties because of a bunch of leaflets???
The South and North have been airdropping tens of thousands of leaflets to the other side for the past 50+ years.
The North desperately needs the aid that the South provides and the last thing it would do is jeopardize that because of propaganda leaflets.
