		<description>This ruling lens itself to interpretation but I&#039;m sure they saw it coming.  While success doesn&#039;t always require an eye for business, do do need to be a good pupil. 
 
I wonder how Judge Scalera would have ruled.

		<description>Had a blind massuse once in Taipei when I was stationed at Ching Chuan Kang AB (CCK) Taiwan, in the mid sixties. She was very curious about my big &quot;yankee&quot; nose , bags under my eyes, and beard. She was very sweet and I gave her a tip. </description>
