Korean Student & Girlfriend Raped In Australia

This is without a doubt one of the most depraved sexual assaults I have ever heard of:

COURT papers have revealed the allegations against the man arrested for the rape and murder of a Chinese student in her flat on Sunday.

Brendan David Dennison is charged with a total of 21 offences over the incident, which started at 12.30pm in the third-floor apartment in Sydney’s Waterloo and lasted 70 minutes.

The charges relate to an incident in which an 18-year-old woman died after falling 25m from the unit balcony.

She was one of four Asian students who allegedly suffered at the hands of a knife-wielding predator, before two of them fell from a balcony.

Her boyfriend, a 19-year-old Korean man, suffered serious spinal injuries and multiple broken bones in the fall.

Central Local Court today heard Mr Dennison, 26, of no fixed address, allegedly raped the girl – who later died – three times before raping her boyfriend twice.

He also allegedly committed an obscene oral act on the boyfriend.  [News.com.au]

I am against the death penalty but things like this do make me think twice about it. I have never even heard of someone so perverted that he rapes both a female and a male all in the same sexual assault. Incredible sick. Hopefully the boyfriend can recover from this.

Read "Life in the Hothouse." I was anti-death penalty before reading the book which by the way is not about the death penalty or the debate. There are many "life with no parole" prisoners who spend their days plotting to maim or kill guards or fellow prisoners. They have no empathy with common human beings and they have hordes or lawyers who endlessly sue on their behalf. Oh, and they live fairly long secure lives with free roof, board and health care. This australian great human being will become one of them.

Let them die the same way thier victims did. Throw them off a 10 story building. If they live don't mend the bones.

    GI

Christian/Newsom murders in TN, Jan 2007. Maby not number one, but surely a close second. Both were raped and killed. His body burned and her body is found in a trash can. It got little press.

Yet another reason why I will always support the death penalty in the US. There are animals that need to be put down.

What Dennison did was murder. He has destroyed not just the victims' lives but the peace of their families and communities. Plainly, his actions should be called evil, as should he. As long as he lives his deeds will reverberate like an ragged shard upon the community. His death wouldn't be merely a just punishment of him, but an opportunity for the community to mourn – and gradually heal – from his deeds upon itself. Punishment isn't just necessarily an act of vengeance upon the criminal; indeed, sometimes there's nothing vengeful about it. It's an act of mercy for the community, particularly for the tender and vulnerable members.

When I read about purely "Evil" crimes such as these…I am really amazed that anyone can still be against the Death Penalty…it is only a pity that you can execute these animals only once.

He deserves to DIE, plain and simple. But not before been tortured by someone shoving big objects up his anus. If it happened to me or any member of my family I will make sure to hunt down the F****r and take the law into my own hands.

Falconerra #7, Excellent post! I saw a show on TV a few months ago about some lawyers who were defending animals like this because they opposed the death penalty. These lawyers were being zealous in defending these animals, it was not a question of guilt or innocence. Everybody has the right to a legal defense but it just amazed me the zeal that these lawyers had. When you read the above story of pure evil & brutality I find it almost impossible to believe that someone could oppose the death penalty when you have overwhelming evidence such as DNA samples.

This sickening and saddening event drew to a close with sentencing last year: Sydney ice binge killer gets 21 years. At least the culprit was apprehended.

The poor girl's mother had apparently just lost her home and business in the 2008 Sichuan earthquake. There's no atonement for her poor daughter's death.

Substance abuse is such a huge social problem for all Australians, and crime among indigenous Australians is often under-reported in the media, incidences of sickening brutality and savagery that would cause national outrage if perpetrated on non-indigenous Australians receive little attention.
