		<description>IIRC, the first case of Mad Cow that actually occured in the U.S. was in a cow that was imported from Canada.  At any rate, cattle from Canada have a higher incident rate of BSE than U.S. cattle, so if there is no outcry about Canadian beef, the protesters should STFU about American beef.
