My husband worked for COL Bearden several years ago. COL Bearden was a brilliant man and a true hero. I have no idea what happened here, but I'm certain he didn't deserve to be relieved of duty. May God bless him and his family.

From being here, it seems like he was set up. I mean the guy was fired over the base's failure of TWO UCI's (unit compliance inspections), one of which happened under the last commanders reign, and the other happened like a month or two after bearden took command. And now this…WOW, imma tell yall now, this colonel was the chit, i mean he was a cool guy, had his head on straight, and lead us right…
