I am undergoing the I-130 process for the second time, after mistakenly believing we could live a law-abiding life in the PI (kind of hard to do when there is NO Rule of Law there), and am just waiting for the fun and games to begin...hopefully having US citizen children will put a positive spin on the process this time.
