Right there, a land with absolutely zero freedom of speech, and for the majority of its citizens, zero hope for a life beyond being anything but a chronically underfed automaton. And just a few miles away, well-fed and spoiled people, whether under "orders" or just plain old ideological mindlessness, want to stop messages being sent there by balloon. Either way, sad.
