[...] Of course if you are a North Korean defector living in South Korea you’ve got to be careful. If the North can find you they will likely kill you. And if they can’t find you, the government might use the media to disclose where people can find you. [...]

I really haven't paid much attention to her in recent years. However, I was incensed that someone who bombed an airline killing innocents on on 29 November 1987 could be allowed to walk free. Now she's running around saying how she has turned her life over to Jesus and deserves sympathy. Bullshit... Jesus may forgive her for killing 115 people over the skies of Burma, but don't expect everyone to be so forgiving.

She admitted to helping place a radio time bomb with liquid explosive in the overhead luggage rack of KAL 858 while on the Baghdad to Abu Dhabi leg and then deplaning with her fellow agent. Kim revealed that the two North Koreans had been traveling overseas, disguised as father and daughter, for more than three years in preparation for the operation. She was a pro. Sorry...I DON'T FORGIVE HER.

She's blamed her partner as a long-time professional, and she was only an idealistic dupe. Bullshit... The two of them posed as Japanese tourists. On their return to Korea, they planted a bomb on KAL flight 858. He killed himself and she tried but failed. She blames him for everything...

May President Roh Tae-woo (1988-1993) rot in hell for his supposed politically motivated in his decision to pardon Kim. The Supreme Court sentenced Kim Hyun-hee to death in March 1990. But Roh gave her a special pardon the next month. His supposed reasoning to the world was: The persons who ought to be on trial here are the leaders of North Korea. It sparked national outrage at the time when he gave her a FULL PARDON declaring that she was as much a victim of North Korea as the passengers. Kim Hyun-hee gets painted as a victim of the evil North Korean regime. What crap...

Then she writes her book, The Tears of My Soul, where she supposedly made a $1 million -- though I can't verify that. It was interesting that right after she was financially well-off from profitting from her assasination of all those innocent passengers, she applied to emigrate to the US because of her fear of the North Korean hit squads. The US refused.

Well, looks like she's still at it again. She keeps on and on at how she has devoted her life to atoning for the 115 lives lost on flight 858 and has given her soul to Jesus. Sorry...let Jesus forgive her. She is a mass murderer and deserves no pity and forgiveness from those who lost their loved ones on KAL 857. In fact, they were cheated of closure for the sake of politics.

Kim Hyun-hee married a National Intelligence Service (NIS) agent who handled her. She married him in 1997 and had two children by him. She gave birth to a son in 2000 and a daughter in 2002. But she completely disappeared from media coverage after 2003 when a defamation lawsuit against a novel, featuring a conspiracy theory about the bombing, led the prosecution to consider summoning her as a witness. Now she says she tries not to be seen in public and has changed residences several times -- but this time it is because of the North Korean agent threat. GIVE ME A BREAK...

The families of KAL 857 haven't forgiven her -- and neither have I. The "virgin bomber" was nothing more than a cold-blooded killer who got a lucky -- and unjust -- break for the sake of international politics. I say she should just be glad she's alive -- because a mass-murderer of 115 people does not deserve any kind of sympathy.
