Skating in central Seoul: People enjoy skating on an ice rink at Seoul Plaza in front of City Hall, which opened Friday. The ice rink will be open to the public, for 1,000 won per person, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and to 11 p.m. on weekends and holidays until Feb. 15. [Korea Times]
