It took a little while, but the ROK Drop is officially back in action. It took some time but the ROK Drop is now officially moved over to its new server with Blogs-About that specializes in hosting Wordpress blogs. So the site should be running better then ever now without any of the site crashes I was experiencing before. So expect regular blogging to continue from now on.
Let me emphasize this, make sure to update your RSS feeds to re-add the ROK Drop if you have unsubscribed. Over 250 people have unsubscribed to the site and I would love to have you back. Also in the coming days expect some more changes to the site as some added features are added to hopefully create even more interactiveness to the site.
Finally let me thank both The Marmot and One Free Korea for getting the word out about the technical issues with my site. It is great to be back.

Very, very glad you’re back, GI.

Just so everyone knows, if you look on my side bar I went from 103 subscribers to 274 overnight which is good to see that many people updating their RSS subscription.
Thanks everyone who resubscribed to the site. If you aren’t a subscriber consider doing so. Details are available here:

Welcome back, and good choice going with Blogs About Hosting. JAPUNDIT has been with them from the beginning and we have never regretted it.

I upgraded to the latest version of Wordpress so hopefully this will solve the hacker problem.

Jon,
On 23 Jan in the morning at 1000 popped up your site with the morning coffee and I got a message your site was hacked by some childish schmuck… It was not a malicious message, but more like “See how smart I am to be able to do this?” childish prank.
Got back from some errands at 1345 and tried this site again and it’s ok. Did you realize this happened?

Yeah, when I got home from work was able to get it fixed and have upgraded to the latest version of Wordpress to hopefully make it more difficult for this to happen again.
