		<description>Great idea.  Maybe we need to advertise the free English classes units across the penn do all the time as part of the Good Neighbor Program.  I know they are advertised well locally, but perhaps don&#039;t get widespread press in the local Korean papers.  Additionally, we don&#039;t seem to have any visa issues!  :wink: </description>
